TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION HOURS NOTIFICATION

August 1, 2022

Dear Neighbors,

As anticipated in AT Southport’s Restrictive Covenant Agreement, the technical requirements of pouring concrete for the AT Southport project at 3100 Ramco Street in the hot summer months necessitates working outside of our typical Construction Hours for a brief period.

We have worked closely with our construction partners to limit this activity to forty-eight or fewer hours spread over only eight early working mornings. This update is to inform you that from Tuesday - Friday, August 9 – 12 and from Tuesday – Friday, August 16-19, we plan to commence work at 1:00 AM. We do not anticipate these activities will cause any impact to our regular end-of-day timing.

To mitigate any potential disruption, we will restrict construction vehicle traffic to only the north-south portion of Ramco Street. We will also prohibit any construction traffic whatsoever from traveling on Promenade Street or the portion of Ramco Street that runs east-west between our site and our residential neighbors. For your convenience, following is a site plan showing our intended pouring sequence and construction vehicle circulation map.

Lastly, any operation of concrete pumps will be limited to normal business hours, and we have instructed our team to orient any temporary lighting to point away from nearby homes.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this activity may cause and please know we will do everything we can to wrap up the concrete pours early if possible. If there are any schedule modifications, we will post them on the project website. Project Covenants
AT Southport worked closely with community members and the City of West Sacramento’s Planning Department to create a set of design, construction, and operating parameters to ensure the project is a net benefit to the community. Construction Hours
Once construction commences, onsite work will be undertaken only between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Exceptions may occur to accommodate activities, such as concrete pours, that cannot be completed in a day nor interrupted once started.
